should i give money?

Should i give money?

Hook:
Homeless people get arrested.

Introduction:
Giving money to homeless people is the wrong thing to do. Many homeless people get money and don't use it for surviving  only for pleasured purposes. Again here I said MANY not all. Some of the homeless people use the money for food, drinks and new clothes. The most helpful thing to do hear is to give them food or healthy drinks.
Thesis:

Example:
Metropolitan police find 70-80% of people begging on the capital’s streets.

Explanation:
The homeless beg or as said tap on the streets for money that they need to eat, drink, new clothes, basically survive. Most homeless people get arrested in the capital because they know its were most people are, but luck for money may also mean suffering the consequences.

Example:
Taking class A drugs such as crack cocaine and heroin, and in Birmingham all 43 people arrested in a crackdown on begging tested positive.

Explanation:
Most homeless people take drugs because they think it makes them feel better and more alive, it also makes them think that it will help them get rid of depression and forget the many things that happened to them and that like time that the affect kicks in, so they constantly do it for this purpose.

Conclusion:
In conclusion i think that giving homeless people food and healthy drinks in the best thing to do in this situation, instead of just risking everything by just giving them money and trying to be more careful and intelligent in these kind of position.

Homeless numbers rise paragraph

Hook:
The number of homeless people in England have increased during the past 3 years!

Introduction:
Homeless people have increased during the duration of time, which in this case is 3 years. People have been passing through subways, train stations, bus stops, places near shops and the center and have seen more homeless people coming in constantly.

Thesis:
Homeless people have increased rapidly and there is not enough money to spare for all.

Examples:
Homelessness has increased for three consecutive years.

Explanation:
A major part of the consequences of this happening is because of housing shortages and cuts to benefits (like money). This happens because of limited possibilities for work or jobs, due to different causes of problematic obstacles.

Example:
More people are having to be housed in temporary accommodation, including bed and breakfasts, and increasingly people are being sent outside their own area.
Explanation:
This is because the money that the accommodations are producing comes less from homeless people due to the not working process. This makes it temporary because the place that the owners have bought can not be occupied forever because they may be reserved for other customers.

 Conclusion:
With no place to stay because of no work or jobs, or simply just that they are forced to be thrown out of houses for either family purposes or because of drugs and/or alcohol issues. Many people have been living on the streets.
